Small Steps is an nongovernment organization that is focused on making a difference in the lives of children and families living on dumpsites. This UK charity aims to travel the world inspiring people to work together with them by volunteering skills, donating food, water, clothing and shoes, and taking small steps in helping people out of poverty.
One of Small Steps’ on going projects is Around The World in 80 Dumps which involes people visiting dumpsites all over the world and reaching out to them with care such as simple first aid, food, water and clothing. They also try to provide children with an education and have partnered with mission schools near dumpsites to achieve this.
