Poverty is a world wide growing problem and as our major cities grow so does the population. For some people this is not a helpful thing as it sends them to poorer parts of the city and in some cases onto dumpsites.
People are make a living out of our trash and this is not alright. Living in these conditions, which some people say is worste than living on the street, thousands of families are surviving on just a dollar a day.
Omar Havana, a spanish photojournalist spent seven months on a dumpsite in Cambodia and retells people’s stories through photos of the dumpsite families.
